Contact Support
If you need help with login, attendance check-in, leave requests, permissions, or any other issue with the WFM app, contact your company administrator first. For platform-level issues, use the channels below:
When contacting support, please include your full name, employee ID, company / office or division, a brief description of the issue, and screenshots if possible. This helps us resolve your request faster.
What WFM Is For
WFM helps registered companies and their authorized staff manage daily workforce activities, including:
- Office check-in and check-out with location verification
- Field attendance with GPS tracking during active field shifts
- Selfie and face verification for secure attendance
- Leave requests, balances, and approval status
- Attendance history, corrections, and notifications
- Manager approvals and reports (based on your assigned role)
Company administrators manage employees, offices, reports, and settings through the web portal at https://wfm.sktv.world.
Common Issues & Troubleshooting
Make sure you are using the email and password provided by your company administrator. Check that your account is active and that you are entering the correct credentials. If you forgot your password or your account is locked, contact your company administrator to reset access.
WFM may restrict login to a registered device for security. If you changed phones or see a device authorization error, contact your company administrator to reset your registered device.
Enable location services for WFM in your phone settings and allow precise location access. Make sure you are within your assigned office geofence, GPS is turned on, and you have a stable internet connection. Try moving to an open area if GPS signal is weak indoors.
Field attendance requires location permission set to Always Allow on iOS or the equivalent background location permission on Android. Tracking runs only during an active field shift and stops automatically when the shift ends. If tracking does not start, confirm that your account has field attendance enabled and that all required permissions are granted.
Ensure your face is clearly visible, well lit, and centered in the camera frame. Remove masks or obstructions where policy allows. If verification remains pending, your company administrator may need to review and approve your enrollment photos.
WFM needs camera access for check-in selfies and face verification, and may need photo library access for profile or supporting images. Open your device settings, find WFM, and enable the required permissions.
Make sure notifications are enabled for WFM in your device settings and that Do Not Disturb or battery optimization is not blocking background alerts. Log out and log back in if notifications recently stopped working after an app update.
Use the correction request feature in the app if available for your account. Provide the date, reason, and any supporting details or photos. Your approver will review the request through the normal workflow.
Submit leave requests through the Leave section in the app. For policy questions, balance discrepancies, or approval delays, contact your reporting manager or company HR in addition to app support if needed.
Device Permissions
WFM may request the following permissions depending on your role and features enabled:
- Location: verify office check-in and record field attendance routes
- Camera: capture attendance selfies and verification photos
- Photos: upload profile or supporting images where required
- Notifications: send attendance and approval alerts
For more detail on how data is collected and used, see our Privacy Policy.
